What We Do


The three sites listed below provide basic food items for those who could not otherwise afford to buy them, as well as monetary assistance for housing (rent/mortgage/short-term shelter), utilities, prescription medications and other medical related needs, and transportation.


Food pantry sites and hours of operation:


St. Mary's Church, West Chicago (Winfield Township)
Wednesday 10 a.m-1 p.m
Thursday 10 a.m-1 p.m
Friday 10 a.m-1 p.m
Saturday 9 a.m-12 noon

Lutheran Church of the Master, Carol Stream (Bloomingdale Township
Monday 10 a.m-1 p.m
Tuesday 10 a.m-1 p.m
Wednesday 10 a.m-1 p.m
Thursday 10 a.m-1 p.m

Resurrection Catholic Community, Wayne (Wayne Township)
Monday: 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Tuesday: 1 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m.- 1 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.- 12 noon

Family in Faith Christian Church, Glendale Heights
Mobile food pantry from the Northern Illinois Food Bank is hosted here on the 2nd Saturday of the month .  Call 630-653-5030 for details.
